Subject: ILL New Procedures
You may already have heard that we will be implementing some changes to the procedures for handling ILL items beginning September. In order to ensure that you have the information you need to effectively implement the changes, Circulation Administration will be offering a series of trainings to familiarize you with the changes and answer any questions you may have. The following training opportunities have been scheduled:

 

·         Friday August 26, 2011, 9-9:30AM and 10:30-11AM Central Library Computer Training Lab (Concourse Level)

·         Monday August 29, 2011, 9:30-10AM Robinson

·         Tuesday August 30, 2011, 11:20-Noon Acres Homes

·         Wednesday August 31, 2011, 9:15-9:45AM Park Place

·         Thursday September 1, 2011, 9:15-9:45AM Scenic Woods

 

All staff  is encouraged to attend one of these training sessions. Be sure to get your manager’s approval to attend.
