Clocking in and out for lunch

Per NL Administration: All non-exempt staff must clock out for lunch break and clock in upon returning to work.

Greetings all,

I know there has been confusing messages on whether to clock in/out for lunch. I apologize for this. Since we have not received a definite answer on whether this is required for our department, we are strongly suggesting staff clock in/out for lunch for now. This may change later but for now we are following a "better safe than sorry" model. We will update everyone on any changes. Thank you all for your flexibility as we all adapt to this new system.
