Smart Money Upgrade

All,

Tonight (8/9/2011) after closing we will be upgrading Smart Money Manager. We ask that you
- Leave your SMM terminal on tonight.
- Be prepared to change your password.

Leaving your SMM terminal on will allow IT to push out the new client. We must do this before you use SMM on Wednesday morning.

Upon first use, each SMM user will be prompted to change their password to one of their choosing that meets certain complexity rules. There will also quarterly password changes. (See rules below.)

The password rules are as follows.

Must be at least 6 characters long

Must have:
an alphabetic character
a number and
a character that is above the number signs
i.e any of these !@#$%^&*( ).
None of the other character symbols can be used.

The passwords will expire every 90 days.

The new password cannot be one of the last 4 passwords used.
