Items on the Fly Report

Hello,

The “Items on the Fly” Reports have been distributed to Neighborhood Libraries and several locations have responded, forwarding the items to Inventory Control to be fully linked.

As per the earlier email, please send these items to Inventory Control on or before September 30. Be certain to evaluate the items to see if they are suitable for retention. Again, if based on weeding guidelines from Collection Development, you determine that the items should be withdrawn, follow procedures for deleting and withdrawing items. Please do not send items being withdrawn to Inventory Control.

If we do not hear from you on or before September 30, we will assume that you could not locate the items and they will be deleted from the database.

We greatly appreciate all of your assistance as we continue working to correct records in our catalog and in our ongoing effort to provide the finest customer service.
