Hello,

Looscan Neighborhood Library will be undergoing renovations beginning Saturday, August 27, 2011, so the library will close to the public at the end of business on Friday, August 26, 2011 and remain closed for up to 120 days. The Looscan Neighborhood Library is located at 2510 Willowick , 77027, 832-393-1900.

Renovations will include the installation of an exterior canopy over both entrances. The library lobby will have a walk-off mat system installed to prevent slipping and catch any water during hard rains. In addition, the lobby wall finishes will be moisture resistant and will have a stone base installed.

While Looscan remains closed, customers can visit other area libraries.
