Hi,

I am writing to ask you to tweak your discard procedures somewhat: Please be sure AV discards are placed in boxes separate from the books, and stack the AV boxes separately from the book boxes. I realize this may be difficult due to space, but please do what you can to ensure the AV boxes stand out from the book boxes. This will help Delivery drivers and Better World drivers to identify what they are picking up. Thank you.
