A Few Things

Thank you to everyone who participated in today's conversations! They were very productive and gave us all some food for thought.

A few things came up that need to be shared with the group:

*At Vinson, when you are at the Express Desk, you may check items in and out. Fines, DVDs, CDs and laptops are the only things that must be handled at the CS Desk. You may call people in line for CS over to Express or go over to CS and help out if Express is slow.

*When writing an incident report, please remember to name the document according to the following protocol:

020912-VIN-JAM-Angry Customer-Smith

That would be the date, the location, initials of staff member, type of incident and name of customer (if known).
Please send it to the HPL - NL Incidents list in Outlook. If you are not sure how to find it, please ask Maggie, Sarah or me to show you. If for some reason, you are unable to send it to that list, please send it to me and I will forward it.
Always cc me on incident reports. I try to keep a personal record of all incidents in our group.
