I know we all are saddened by Diane's departure from our group. She's a very special person and has contributed in so many ways. We all thank her for her hard work. We will have a proper send-off for her soon.

Her absence means that we will be making greater use of customer service substitutes. Please remember that the subs who come to help us out are our guests, so we must be gracious hosts to them.
