Subject: Laptop Check-Out Reminder

Hello Team,

This is a quick reminder about the qualifications to check-out laptop equipment:

Customers must:

Ø  Be registered borrowers for at least 30 days

You can view the record and look for the “create date”

Ø  Present their library AND valid photo ID at time of check out (Name on account and name on ID MUST match)

Ø  Read AND Complete Laptop User agreement

Ø  Have no balance present on her account (Zero Balance)

Ø  If the customer is a youth:   

  - Please verify laptop permission has been granted.

  - Youth may use their valid Student ID (if school issues IDs)

   - ID of parent who signed for card can be used if the youth does not have an ID (we can update registration to add parent to card)

  - Youth must be present for adult to check out laptop (for) on a youth account.

Laptops may not be renewed, but if available, another may be checked out.
