Hello all.

 

This is sent just to let you know of a slight change you will see when you use Millennium Notices to create your paging lists for the next few days.  There are now four (4) saved autonotice jobs that you will see when you open Millennium Notices.  These have been set up in order to test some new notice templates that are available to us, and you will continue to see them for the duration of the tests.  Once the testing is complete, we will delete the unneeded autonotice jobs.  Please do not change your normal practices.  You should not open or in any way modify any of the saved jobs.  Neither should you begin saving any of the jobs you create.  If you do save a job on accident, please do not attempt to correct the error yourself.  Rather, contact Circulation Administration and explain to a supervisor that you have inadvertently saved a notice job that needs to be deleted.  We will take care of correcting the error.
