This is just a brief message regarding changes/additions to our blog
· An Opening & Closing Checklist has been added to each locations Link list.
· Library suspensions link has been added to the Staff Links list
Opening & Closing Checklists
These checklists are to ensure that staff do not normally close at the particular location can still effectively assist with closing procedures (visiting staff and staff not accustomed to closing). Please let me know if you would like anything added, or removed, from any of the list.
Library Suspensions
Please take a moment to review the library suspensions guidelines. You will find there are links to all documents you may need for each step of this process. We do have to give a copy of the rules and complete an incident report for every situation; this creates the necessary documentation to move forward with creating a safer and more welcoming environment for all customers at all locations.
