Coin Copier is down.
Copies and print jobs are jamming. (The papers are becomming stuck/not be released by roller)The problem has been reported to COIN (@ 11:18) and signs are posted on the copy machine, print station, and express desk.
Customers are being reffered to BLU

A part needs to be replaced. The soonest printing will be available will be tomorrow (Wednesday) morning.

3m stations at customer service desk are not operational.
the problem has been reported to IT Helpdesk. a 3M representative is in route to repair or workroom station, but my not be aware of the exsisting problem at our main service desk. Please advise 3m technician of our current situation.
***Update 2***
The 3M tech has also ordered a needed part.
