Bottom Shelves at Blue Ridge

All,

Miles has brought to my attention that most areas at Blue Ridge have enough room that we do not need to use the bottom row of shelving. For the moment, let's keep those bottom shelves empty, except in areas (such as adult fiction) where there are enough books to warrant their use. This makes the collection more accessible.
