Floating

All,

If your location receives items that have been floated to it, under no circumstances should those items be returned to the location that sent them. If they had room for them, they would not be floating them out.

If there is no room for those items floated to your location, check with the other two in our group. Blue Ridge almost always can take items floated to it, but check first just to be sure.

If you have any questions regarding how floating works, please ask me. I was part of the team that helped to train staff when floating was implemented a few years ago.
