Subject: Closing out patron records in Millennium
Recently, a number of our customers have had problems paying fines through eCommerce. We are working on tracking down the specific cause but one theory is that the customer's record was not closed before a staff person logged out of Millennium and/or the Circulation module. Please remember to close all records when you are finished using them.
