Please instruct the branches to do the following for reference items to be changed to circulating:

•Please e-mail gary.lackey@houstontx.gov, elizabeth.lozada@houstontx.gov and copy christopher.patrick@houstontx.gov the bib record number or the barcode (volume one of the set), the title and year of the set to be updated.

•An Inventory Control staff member will e-mail the staff member after system changes are completed.

•The branch will use their branch label kit to produce a new spine label.
