IT informs me that there is an issue with the public computers using Internet Explorer to access sites, such as YouTube, that require Flash.
They recommend customers use either Firefox or Chrome instead. One or both should be loaded on most public computers. If not, Chrome is very easy to download and often can be done without admin credentials. It is available at:
https://www.google.com/chrome/
If it does not download, please contact IT.
