Although it is unlikely, there is a possibility that the III system will not be up and running by the time we open at noon on December 26.  Please make sure that whoever is scheduled to work that day is familiar with off-line circulation and is prepared to use it.
Thanks,
Syma

Subject: Millennium Offline Circulation instructions

Hello all.
Attached are instructions for using Millennium Offline Circulation.  At your earliest convenience, you should reacquaint yourself with the module and ensure that you are able to use it to offer circulation services should that become necessary.  You should also make sure that Millennium Offline Circulation is installed on all computes that you would use for circulation services if the III server is down.
If you need the module to be installed on one or more workstations, you should open a service request with the HALAN Help Desk.  The self-service link for opening an IT Help Desk ticket is on the left side of the intranet mainpage (login instructions are provided).  You may also email or phone the HALAN Help Desk with your request.  Be sure to include the G# and location of the computer(s) with your request.
Please feel free to contact the Circulation Administration Department or your local LA Supervisor if you have any questions or concerns.
Thanks.
Fred Schumacher
