If you are a first-time user, or you are visiting the site for the first time since December 1, 2012, you will need to register for a username and password.
Go to www.yourbenefitschoices.com/coh. The first time you use Choicelinx, you must register to obtain a user name and password. Click on the "Register Now" button on the left, under the heading "First Time Here?"
To register, you must fill out all the required information (SSN, last name, first name, date of birth, home zip code).
You will need to create your own user name. It must be at least 4 characters long, and contain at least one letter and one number. You cannot modify your user name once it has been created.
Create a password using 8 – 20 characters; include both upper and lower case letters and at least one number. Password cannot contain your name, symbols or punctuation.
You will be prompted to create a security question and answer. Please choose something you can easily remember as this will be used to retrieve a forgotten password.
Upon initial login, you will see a "terms and condition" page, to which you will need to agree in order to proceed. Once you click "I Agree", you will receive a welcome page from which you can proceed with your elections. |
Returning users Simply go to www.yourbenefitschoices.com/coh and enter your username and password under "Been here before?" |
