Hold Stats

Hi everyone,

Just a reminder: Please make sure the number of holds pulled from the paging list and the number of holds received from delivery are recorded on each day's stats sheet. We no longer need to report number of holds cleared, so it is not necessary to record that number.

The stats sheet that is available on the Desk Stats Sheets link in the Staff Links box on the blog has all the correct fields. Please use this form.
