Door Count Reminder

Hi all,

Remember, this is Door Count week.

Every hour we are open from now till Saturday, please make sure the P number is written down in the appropriate place. At Blue Ridge and Bracewell, this will be the P number as it appears on the gate. At Vinson it will be the P number with the "equals" sign (=). It is customary that the person being relieved from the desk writes down the P number at the top of the hour.

Remember also to record all in-house materials use. This includes such things as items found when doing a pick-up and materials used by staff while assisting a customer that are not checked out.
