Network Slowness Form

All,

To help track network slowness, I've created a form to log every time you contact IT to report it.

The form is found here!

It's also been added to the first box on the right, where the schedule and calendar are linked so you can find it easily.

Please remember to contact IT by phone at 31570 or by e-mail at hpl.helpdesk@houstontx.gov each time you use this form. The form is just so we can keep track.
