Hi everyone,
Jennifer from the cleaning service that takes care of Vinson has asked that we place all public computer keyboards on top of the CPUs as part of our regular closing procedure each day. This will allow the cleaning crew to clean all the public desktop areas.
Whoever is in Express the last hour, please make sure this is done in the Express area 15 minutes before closing, after the computers have shut down. The person at the main customer service desk should do the same for the computers on the main floor. For computers 29 through 32, the keyboards can be placed on the countertop below an beside the terminals.
As always, it's everyone's responsibility to make sure all closing procedures are completed, so feel free to step in and help your colleagues in this task.
