Wednesday Offline Shutdown Procedures

On Wednesday evening, after you close to the public, follow the instructions on this page.        

It is essential that AFTER you close down and exit WorkFlows at the end of the day:

1. click the icon and go back into WorkFlows
2. uncheck the "Operate in Offline Mode" box
3. verify that the IP Address says: halan.sirsi.net (if it says anything else, go ahead and change it to this)
4. verify that the port says: 7014 (if it says anything else, go ahead and change it to this)
5. log-in with your new USER ID and PIN.
6. Once the Circulation page appears, the data from that particular computer has been uploaded to the server and you can once again exit out of WorkFlows. 

This must be repeated for every workstation that has WorkFlows. 

Everything will now be ready to "go-live" Thursday morning.
