We begin using SirsiDynix Off-line Circulation tomorrow. Fred e-mailed detailed instructions on off-line procedures this morning. The information is also available on the Staff Training Portal as one of the Circulation Manual links. The IT Helpdesk will be prepared to assist you with any problems you encounter. And a lot of us will be backing them up.
It is both an exciting and frightening time. We know customer service issues will arise and we have confidence that you will be able to handle them well.
