This is a reminder that the HPL customer survey will begin this coming Sunday, September 22nd. It is accessible via the rolling banner on the homepage or on the About tab of our website. http://www.houstonlibrary.org/survey
Please encourage your customers to use the online survey, which is available in both English and Spanish. For those customers who are reluctant to submit their surveys online, use the print version, which each location should receive on or before Friday.
As ever, your role in the process is critical, so please contact me with any comments questions, or concerns you may have.
