We have added language to our hold notices to alert customers that, if they are seeking a specific volume in a series where all of the volumes are on the same title record, they need to request assistance from staff. Below is a sample of what customers will be seeing. Please review procedures for placing item level holds so you will be prepared to answer customers' questions. We anticipate this issue will be corrected in the next software update for the Enterprise system.
