This is just a friendly reminder to take care to match hold wrappers to the right items as you prepare them for the Holds Shelf. There have been a number of reports of hold wrappers being on incorrect items. Correcting this type of error can be very time consuming and inconvenient for the customer and staff member. So, please be careful to match the hold wrappers you create to the correct items when you process holds. HALAN has requested that SirsiDynix develop a printing solution that will automatically print wrappers for us again. We expect to hear when that will be available fairly soon.
