Holds stats

Hi all,

When we record the monthly stats, we need to record these totals for each day. This is not a figure that can be estimated, so it is crucial that this is recorded. If we don’t record the number, it looks like we either received or pulled no holds that day. This is one of the stats the system uses to determine how busy we are. It may seem like a trivial matter, but it really is very important.

1. Please make sure if you are the person pulling the holds on the paging list that you record the number on the statistics sheet (“Title page holds”).
2. Please make sure if you check in delivery that you record the number processed on the stats sheet (“Holds received”).
