Wrapping Holds

Hi everyone,

There have been a few issues with holds being wrapped in the wrong customer's name.

Please be careful when wrapping holds to make certain you have the right item with the right name. Wrapping them one at a time, as soon as they are printed, though slower, is the most accurate method.
