Adjustment to shelf-reading form

Thank you for using the shelf-reading form before and after your shelf reading.

I have made a change to the form to make it easier to use. When you start, note that on the form and you will be prompted to submit it. When you are finished, mark that and you will be prompted to enter the number of shelves read and your comments. This eliminates the need for typing "X"  at the start of your session.
