Newly-returned DVDs

Hi everyone,

Part of the process of of returned DVDs is that, unless they are filling a hold, before they are put in the All-Circ Machine (at Vinson) or into the envelopes (at Blue Ridge), that they are inspected for scratches and the like. I ask that you not allow customers to look at the DVDs which have just been returned so that we can have a chance to examine each item.
