New Desk Stats Sheet Form

Hi everyone,

I have made a small adjustment in the desk stats sheet form. We will now have to count all transactions in a day that are in a language other than English.

There is a box for Spanish transactions and one for other languages. There is just one box per day for each. If the transaction is in a language other than Spanish, please note the language. If it is a language other than English or Spanish and we do not have a staff member who speaks it, 311 has a translation service.
