Hold Wrappers

Hi everyone,

We can now print wrappers for holds directly from WorkFlows, without having to go into Word.

The designated terminals for wrappers are the lower terminal at the desk at Blue Ridge and the workroom/bookdrop terminal at Vinson.

Please follow these instructions to configure the print settings before you start checking in holds.

I'll add the instructions to the "Customer Service Links" box.
