Shelf Reading Changes

Hi all,

In the interest of continually improving our procedures, we are making some changes to shelf reading.

Many people’s assignments have changed. We tried to base it on how much time you’re at one location or the other. If someone only works at one location one day a week, their assignment there is smaller. If someone works roughly the same at both, their assignment is more even.

Rebecca and I will not have specific areas. We will instead use the time to spot check all areas, Rebecca at Blue Ridge and I at Vinson.

Remember that in addition to designated shelf-reading time, you can always shelf read when you have PT if you have no more pressing duties.

You will receive an e-mail today with your new assignments. Remember, you should check your City e-mail at least once every day you are working.
