Daily Stats Sheets

Hi all,

There are a few items that are not being recorded on the daily stats sheets or are being recorded incorrectly.

Every day, the following must be recorded:

• Holds processed through delivery.
• Items on the paging list.
• Holds received from returned items.
• Items cleared from hold shelf.

Also, the P number must be recorded at the end of the day. The gates at the two locations are different.

• At Blue Ridge, record the P number. There is only a P number and an A number at Blue Ridge.
• At Vinson, it is a bit more complicated. It rotates four numbers, three of which are marked with a P. Record only the number that has an equals sign (=). The numbers with the letters I and O are not used.

These figures are crucial to show Administration an accurate picture of our business level.
