Door Count

We’re going to do our first Door Count week of FY16 next week and it will run from Sunday, July 26^th through Saturday, August 1^st.  We use this information to help us understand what the busiest times are at each library during a week and how much use our in-house materials are getting used.  Please assist in the following ways:

1)      Provide an hourly count of your visitors during the hours the library is open, either by a manual count or checking and recording the gate count hourly.

2)      Manually count all in-house materials use. 

For your records, the remaining Door Count weeks for this fiscal year will take place on the following dates.

1)      October 18 – 24, 2015

2)      April 17 – 23, 2016
