Study Rooms at Vinson

Hi all,

As a reminder: the two study rooms in the Express area at Vinson are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis for walk-ins only. They cannot be reserved in advance. They are reserved in two-hour blocks only. If the customer wants it longer, they can request more time. You can copy and paste their information into the two-hour block of the schedule to reflect this. As with any meeting room, they must fill out the meeting room form each time they use it. They do not need to fill out a new form to extend their use that day. Please also remember to ask them to sign in and out so we can track the use for our stats.
