Meeting Room Rules

Apparently not everyone is up to speed on the new meeting room rules, there were some problems  booking the room for a group today:

Issue #1:  Whoever took the initial paperwork did not sign or date the bottom of the reservation sheet, so I have no idea who to talk to directly about the problems that ensued.

Issue #2:  Whoever took the reservation sheet did not ask them if they were going to serve food an/or inform them about the $25 service charge for serving food.

Issue #3:  The person who checked in the group did not ask them if they were going to be serving food.

If you accept a meeting room request, please sign and date the bottom. Please also ask the representative filling out the request if the group is serving food and if so what kind.  If it is anything above packaged snacks and covered drinks, you must inform them they will be charged $25.00 the day of the meeting.

ANY time you check in a group the day of their meeting, please ask them if they intend on serving food, and collect the $25.00 before letting them in the room if they are going to serve anything beyond packaged snacks and covered drinks.
