Please be aware the following policies are going to be strictly enforced from now on:
1) Cell Phones: You may not use a cell phone on the public floor. If you get an emergency call please proceed to the work room and handle the call there. If you are on your cell phone in the work room for any reason, please refrain from using the speaker on your phone and keep your conversations as private as possible. Unless you are on your break, you should only be on your cell phone for emergency purposes.
2) The Back Door: If you are going out the back door for any reason other than loading or unloading your car, please shut the door the entire way. Do not use the kickstand for phone calls. You may still place calls out back, just take your key with you.
3) Calling in Sick on a Saturday: If you are part time or full time you will now need to provide a doctor's note if you call in sick on a Saturday you are scheduled to work. If you are part time and you call in sick on a Saturday you are scheduled to work you will be docked for those hours, This does not apply to the four Saturdays a year part timers are allowed to take off, but those four Saturdays must be arranged in advance.
