What do I do when customer asks about registering for a class?
Registration for various programs/classes is possible in Evanced. There's not yet a system wide policy so it is up to staff to add registration as an option to their program entry. When customers call to ask, please check either the program on the Location's page or Events Calendar on the Events page: http://hpl.evanced.info/eventcalendar.asp. Click on the program title to see if it has a registration option. If it does, let the patron know or offer to register for them. If not, suggest they call the location directly to find out more.What do I do when staff report that a program has incorrect information?
Evanced is now integrated on the library's website. When a program record is updated, it automatically makes the changes on the website. While all staff trained on Evanced can edit, only managers/supervisors can publish them. Find out who can do this in your area and make a list for TR queries.
