JFLT Audio Visual Items

Greetings All,

This week you may have received a shipment of audio visual materials at your location. Currently the float table is turned off until the migration has been completed; therefore, you will not be able to check in any items with the JFLT location. Please do not release any A/V with the location JFLT.

These items should be kept in the blue bags in which they were received, until the migration process is complete. If you have already returned the blue bags please box and store the items until migration is complete. The JFLT items may only be checked in once we go live in Sirsi Symphony. Please contact the Inventory Control Department if you have any question.

Procedures for RFID Tagging

Greetings,

This is to inform you that during the migration from III to SirsiDynix Symphony the RFID tagging procedures that are currently in place will remain the same. The conversion software is totally independent from both the III and SirsiDynix systems. It is very important that you continue to RFID tag your items as usual.
