Please remember to use official City of Houston letterhead when preparing any external correspondence. You can find the current version of the letterhead (and many other official templates) on the Forms and Templates page of the intranet - https://hplnet.hpl.lib.tx.us/forms.html. In this case, choose “City of Houston Letterhead”.
It is important that you always pull from this template each time you need to create external correspondence (as opposed to saving it on your desktop or group server for repeated use), as changes and updates to the template are occasionally required.
