Good news! The AllCirc machine is working again at VIN. For future reference, if the machine does not show anything on the screen power off the machine with the on/off button (right above the power cord in the back of the machine) and wait to turn on the machine again in about 5 to 10 minutes. Also, if the staff has to manually pull out DVD's for patrons because the machine is acting up (not if the item was made missing) please record the time and the barcode number of the item so we can report it to the AllCirc company after reporting it to IT.
