Subject: Kronos Issues
We have been experiencing Kronos server issues since yesterday afternoon. The Kronos Managed Services group has taken the affected server off-line which will resolve the problem.
Should users continue to experience issues, they should contact the Payroll Services Help Desk, payroll@houstontx.gov or the Kronos Help Desk, kronos@houstontx.gov.
