Subject: Internet Speedtest

If you are experience internet slowness at your location, please do the following:

1. Click on the link below
http://speedtest.phonoscope.com/

2. Click on the button click to start test

3. Once the speed test is finished, capture the speed test summary using the Print Scrn key right next to F12 key

4. Open up Microsoft word and paste the speed test summary there. Save it.

5. Send that information to hpl.helpdesk@houstontx.gov.

Note: You only have to run this test one time either on any staff computer or any public computer.
