Vinson: 11/15 at 10 a.m.
Blue Ridge: 11/15 at 11:15 a.m.
Bracewell: 11/21 at 2 p.m.

Greetings,

HPL will be changing the way in which we accept checks and credit cards from our customers. All HPL Locations will be receiving TeleCheck Electronic Check Acceptance equipment in the coming weeks. This equipment and service will allow us to accept and process checks and credit cards quickly, safely, and easily. This service converts a paper check into an electronic item at the point of sale; checks and credit cards will now be handled in a similar manner.

Attached is an implementation schedule for all locations. Implementation will begin next week. I apologize for the late notification on this. On the dates and times listed, representatives from TeleCheck will be coming to your location to install the equipment. Representatives from HPL Financial Services will be there to meet them. At that time, staff present at the location will receive training on how to use the equipment. We recently attended a demonstration of the equipment and the process; it is very easy and should be relatively quick for staff to learn.
