When checking ILL items in/out you will need to type the letter b then scan item to process item barcode in millennium.

TRR - ILL Update

Please be aware that ILL is switching from Illiad to Navigator this Monday October 3, 2011. Marcia is prepared an ILL FAQ document to be posted on the intranet. Please refer to this document for more information and be prepared to assist TR customers with ILL requests. Be aware that ILL is changing from allowing 20 to allowing 10 requests, so customers may be blocked if they already have 10 requests submitted. If they do not have a library card they will have to go to their nearest Neighborhood Library location and get one before using the ILL service. A temporary card is not an option for ILL. People will not be able to request ILL items Saturday and Sunday of this weekend. Old requests will be canceled. Customers requesting items from archival institutions will need to talk to ILL at 832-393-1447. Customers will be able to pay ILL fines online.
