FW: A Few Wednesday Words About Incident Reports

Hi everyone: I just wanted to share some brief thoughts and suggestions about incident reports.

1) Incident reports are an excellent way to document issues that arise at your location, and have also been used internally to assist with determining things such as security at locations (when opportunities in this area arise) so please do not hesitate to document using incident reports. Please remember that if you ask someone to leave the building or call the police, it should be followed with an incident report.
2) Reading other people's incident reports on the G drive is not just an interesting way to pass the time, it can be very useful to assist you with knowing what is going on in other locations and can help with difficult situations that arise in your groupings.
3) Don't hesitate to give details regarding the situation in incident reports. If someone calls to talk to your Team Leader about the situation, it helps us respond and support you if we know the whole story or as much as possible.

Thanks everyone! Have a great Wednesday!

Heidi
