Subject: III issues starting around noon 2/20/12

 

III was in the process of doing an update to our system shortly before noon when we unexpected lost the Classic Catalog, Encore, and the ability to open new Millennium sessions.

 

The Classic Catalog is back up, but Encore is not quite there.  You may also see Millennium session appear to start loading and downloading new jars, but the session them may stall before the familiar Millennium interface screen appears.

 

III is aware of the issue and is working on a correction ASAP.  We will keep you posted.
